2026 Annual Meeting
Join us for the 2026 District Retirees Annual Meeting at the Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington Riverfront in Wilmington, NC. The annual meeting is a time for AgFirst retirees to renew old friendships, cultivate new ones, and celebrate the community that we've built together. Registration & Hotel Information
Register Online: The fastest way to register is online at 2026 Annual Meeting Registration. After completing your registration, it will automatically take you to the hotel booking page. Once these are completed, you are all set!
Book Your Room: Secure a room in our group block at 2026 Annual Meeting Room Block. After completing this step, you are fully registered.
Hotel Information: Embassy Suites by Hilton Wilmington Riverfront is located at 9 Estell Lee Pl, Wilmington, NC. Our block's rate is $199.00 per night and includes a full buffet breakfast each day. Check-in is at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
